We believe that transitional crises are a normal part of human growth and development, and that people may experience undue stress as a result of unexpected changes encountered in daily living. These crucial moments occur at times of important decision, anxious concern, relationship difficulty, depression, family distress, job stress, death, and bereavement...the list is almost endless. We often turn to our family and friends for support. There are times, however, when another resource, a professional counselor, can help us find new understandings and new options.
